         My name is Antonny Oliveira and I Believe in Fitness. Okay… this is a cheesy movie quote, but it doesn’t mean I don’t believe in it, because I certainly do. You see, the moment we make fitness an essential part of our lives, exercising no longer becomes an obligation, but a form of enjoyment. In my personal experience, physical fitness has been a significant part of my life. Since an early age when I was an avid competitor in Judo and Soccer where I participated in numerous tournaments. Later, as a U.S. Marine, physical fitness became even more important, and a matter of necessity, in order to survive the demanding stress of combat operations in deployments overseas. My passion for fitness led me to becoming a personal trainer, where I had the chance to train people from many walks of life: from 60 year olds interested in weight loss to average gym goers trying to staying in shape. Because we all have different motives, I do not believe the one size fits all type of approach when it comes to fitness. But I do believe in customization of workout and nutrition programs in a way that targets your specific goals and gives your desired results. My areas of specializations are: corrective exercise (knees, hips, and shoulders problems), bodybuilding, and nutrition. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to come by our office.
